Three Ingredient Strawberries And Cream Ice Lollies Recipe
This three ingredient strawberries and cream ice lollies recipe takes just a couple of minutes to whip up.
The only ingredients you'll need to make three ingredient strawberries and cream ice lollies is double cream, condensed milk and fresh strawberries. The trick is to whip the cream until it's only just starting to thicken before adding the condensed milk to get a rich, ice cream texture once frozen. So it's more like strawberries and cream ice cream on a stick.
I'm not sure why we eat strawberries and cream during Wimbledon season, but I do enjoy it (even if I don't necessarily follow the sporting event itself).

Ready? Let's go.
Ingredients:
300ml double cream
1/3 to 1/2 a can of condensed milk (to taste)
About 250g strawberries, sliced
Method:
1. Whisk the double cream until it's just starting to thicken, and whisk in the condensed milk until just combined.
2. If you're using a Magnum-style mould, stick two strawberry slices to the bottom of each mould, and then insert the ice lolly sticks. If you're using a vertical ice lolly mould, stick the strawberry slices to each sides of the mould, but don't insert the sticks yet.
3. Half-fill your moulds with your cream mixture, and lightly tap them on the counter to level out. Press a few more strawberry slices in the middle of the moulds, and top up with more cream mixture, tapping to level out again.
4. If you're using a Magnum-style mould, place a couple more strawberry slices on top of each filled mould, and then cover with the lid (if you have a lid). If you're using a vertical ice lolly mould, insert the sticks.
5. Freeze for at least four hours or overnight.
Enjoy, and have fun.
